Sulla base della nostra esperienza di altri ristoranti della Costiera Amalfitana, merita sicuramente la sua stella Michelin. Per non parlare della vista mozzafiato dell'isola di Ischia. Ben fatto!

Che esperienza speciale! Questo ambiente è oltre le parole, un castello del XV secolo che ora ospita un museo, hotel e ristorante. È possibile scegliere tra una terra, un mare o una combinazione menu a 6 portate. Sono molto accomodanti di restrizioni alimentari e sostituzioni. This is a 5 star experience. The views, the staff, the food, all meet that higher standard of quality which set it apart from the other standards on the island. Far from being stuffy or oppressive, the staff are attentive yet, they allow an intimate atmosphere and have a nice conversation. We were served by Marco and Michael, they are both great people who are most genuine and friendly. For food we had natural yeast 24 hour fermentation homemade bread that was outstanding. Also white wine made in the castle, which was really good. Then stuffed aubergine Parmesan, yummy. Crispy egg, traditional in Ischia. Then many other tasty dishes followed, culminating in a lovely trio of delicious desserts and then a gift of a hand made doughnut . 10/10 excellent.

A very nice discovery! Visited at the beginning of June 2022 Tasted the two menus offered, the sea and the land. Already the welcome is a good point, very professional while being extremely friendly. A first drink on the wonderful terrace then in the dining room, an unforgettable experience! Special mention for the incredible octopus and citrus risotto! Bravo to the chef and thank you for his visit to the tables at the end of the meal. The products are simple, of very good quality, very well worked. Surprising sequence of 5 dishes plus a round of desserts. The place is wonderful, in the monastery of the Aragonese fortress. It would be easy to be satisfied with a place which is probably the most beautiful (yes, quite simply! on the island of Ischia, and to make uninteresting cuisine. Thanks to the chef and the team for being demanding despite everything! And the value for money is exceptional: €100 per person including two glasses of wine, coffee and 5 dishes as well as a choice of 6 desserts. Let's hope this place stays like this!
