Starbucks - Iselin

On a Monday morning around 11:30 am door was locked and the store was closed. FedEx even tried to deliver. Not sure why they were closed but it?s certainly a waste of time and money to drive to Starbucks and find out they are closed during regular business hours

My fiancé and I regularly come here and usually have a good experience. This store is very busy so sometimes mistakes are made and typically we are very understanding if something goes wrong. This morning however my drink was made wrong and I asked for it to be corrected. I did not yell or say anything rude just that it was supposed to be unsweetened. In response I was told to “calm down” and i needed to be “put in check”. The lady then proceeded to have a huge attitude threatening to not make my drink. She started getting into a major argument with my partner telling him i needed to be “put in check”. Ive never had such a terrible experience at any store until this one. Im honestly still in shock about such and unprompted attitude and response.

One of the best places to relax and enjoy their coffee. the people here are very friendly and welcome with a beautiful positive smile. I was at my iqra with a real and pure smile

It was so but so packed I waited for a good 10 minutes in line and this wasn't even moving. I left without being helped. Don't get me wrong I know it's busy I think they're under staff but you know weekends are busy put more people in the shifts.
