Wendy's - Iselin

The entry from the parking lot could be a bit tricky. The food has the same flavor as any other Wendy's location. Prices have increased. However, I was impressed by how quickly they processed the line and got my order right.

The indoor dining area is only open when they have enough staff available. However, the drive-thru operates efficiently and moves quickly. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was excellent.

This is the second time in just a week that this Wendy's location has forgotten items from my order. I specifically asked if everything was in the bag, and I was assured that it was. However, when I got home, I discovered that several items were missing. I attempted to call the store multiple times using the phone number from Google, but it just kept ringing with no one answering. I'm extremely frustrated. It should be straightforward—there's a screen that shows them what items to prepare and include in the bag, yet they still can't get it right.

This is a fantastic place for lunch! The location is clean and modern, making for a pleasant dining experience. To get the best prices, be sure to use the app. The service is quick, and the restroom is clean (men's), although the automatic flush on the toilet is out of order, and many people might not bother to press the little black button to flush manually. The food was excellent—fresh and tasty. The Dr. Pepper Cherry and the Frosty are both spot on, and the spicy nuggets are a definite win!

Herlinda was an exceptional leader who helped resolve an issue with my order when it was set up incorrectly. She assisted the new employee in completing my transaction, all while maintaining a warm smile. I look forward to returning to this location because the service was consistently great and the food was always fresh. I'm not from Woodbridge, but I highly recommend this place! Food: 5/5
