Coffee quality is really good and in comparison with the quality, price is reasonable. About food quality I have no idea but about food prices I can say it is costly. I saw that some international guests are complaining, so since I am a local guest, I have different experiences and I.
The waitresses are very friendly, the menu is in Farsi but some of them speak English and they translated it for us. The place is 200 meters from the main square, mosques, palaces, etc. the food was very tasty and cooked with traditional species, … we would back. We would strongly recommend it. The toilet was very clean.
The restaurant is very beautifully and I buy a Italian sandwich and the it,s very yummy
This restaurant is a scam! I ordered a stewed chicken with rice and a mojito . My bill should be 580,000 rial including 9% tax, but they asked for one million in the beginning. I wasn’t paying attention so I gave them one million. Later on, I felt something must be wrong. I asked to double check the bill again. After some argument, the cashier casually gave me back 100,000 rial. I kept on arguing, then they made excuses like 20% service charge and my rice isn’t included in the chicken dish so I need to pay extra. I pointed to the menu with a photo that the rice should be included, they told me it was just a reference photo!!! I pointed to the menu again to show them the dish name itself is “chicken with rice”, how on earth the rice is not included? I also said no way I am paying them 20% service charge. After 15 more minutes of argument, they finally gave me back the extra money that they have charged me. In fact, even with the 20% service charge which I refused to pay) and the extra rice which should be included in my dish), my bill was still no where close to one million. At the end, they didn’t even apologize. So don’t bother to come here. They have the worst business conduct in Iran!!! In case you are so unlucky to be ended up here, check you bill very carefully.
DONT GO THERE! In four weeks visiting Iran this was our worst culinary experience. They don’t have an English menu and charge 500,000 rial for some rice with Kebap (which on top was dry and not tasty) which you only find out at the end when paying. In addition, they charge an extra 29% to the bill at the end (9% tax and 20% service charge) which obviously is not mentioned verbally at the beginning (and you can’t read it as it is only available in Persian)
