A Gem for Pizza Lovers! A few weeks ago, my son and I decided to stop by Island Pizza Restaurant for a quick lunch before heading to the beach, and it was a fantastic choice! We indulged in their delicious pizza and crispy fried pickles . The pizza was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor—definitely one of the highlights of our meal! The fried pickles were spear pickles, and I was pleasantly surprised at how perfectly they were cooked. Unlike many places where fried pickles end up soggy, Island Pizza managed to keep them crispy and delightful! As dog lovers, we were thrilled to see one of the owners bringing their well-mannered and sweet dog along—what a charming surprise! The friendly atmosphere and great service only added to our overall experience. Took a lil scenic ride and stumbled on this place for lunch. The sweetest waitress on the planet the food was REALLY good and extremely fairly priced. Would definitely come back highly recommended.

Best pizza on the Island. We ordered toasted raviolis and multiple pizzas. All were fantastic. We ordered it as a take out after being on the beach all day and pizza was hot with fresh ingredients.

Was disappointed. Pizza was not high quality, crust reminded me of frozen pizza but lower quality and thinner. Atmosphere was ok, but it’s an echo chamber in there so if there is a loud party present it’ll be hard to hear yourself talk. Best part: the in house lab who wanders around hoping for scraps. He was sweet and fun to pet. Worst part: as other reviews have mentioned, they included tip when they claim they don’t include any. Our waitress specifically told us when she brought the check that there was no gratuity included. But upon reviewing the bill more closely, they had already included a 10% gratuity. We had already calculated and included a tip based on the total when we discovered this. We adjusted our tip and left pretty pissed that she blatantly lied to us.

The pizza was very good. What made the atmosphere great was their uniqueness with all the dollar bills on the walls and the dog that greeted everyone while dining.
