Sunset Grill - Isla Mujeres

My husband and I spent two weeks in Isla. This was by far the best place to ate dinner. I had the grilled lobster. It was amazing. The view was great. The owner came out and talk to us. My husband had the Fish of the day… is was the most romantic dinner I have ever had with my husband. The food was beautiful. The place was beautiful and it tasted great. We would’ve paid more to eat at this place

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Tomato soup and sandwiches were very delicious. Pleasant chill out music and very nice stuff made my family’s evening incredible!

Worst experience in twenty years coming to Mexico.Service,food quality and value were far below norms.My wife was ready to leave it took an hour and half before we were served dinner.The prices were exorbitant, everything overcooked, avoid this horrible restaurant at all costs!

SUNSET CRUISE: I booked a surprise 15th wedding anniversary cruise 1.5 months in advance, paying a deposit of $100US to hold the booking. Today, I contacted them to confirm the reservation and to see if I could pay via US dollars(because they don 't want to pay the tax I needed to pay cash). They informed me that prices went up $50 on 1 March. I let them know that since I had secured with a deposit well before that change date, they would need to honour the original amount of $300. I was then told the reservation was no longer available I would have my $100 returned(that has not happened). Asking why (horrified bc now I have no surprise for this very special date) they literally said I don 't want to do it anymore . BE WARE! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

We loved our dinner experience here! The service was great, the food was incredible, and located in a great space. Highly recommend!
