The food itsself is OKish. Nothing very tasty or special IMO. The quantity of serving is a tad small for my appetite. Nothing extraordinary for the souring price though..and oh yeah, the Pomegranate juice was awesome!
Extremely average food served at a very good atmosphere. This sums it up. In our last three visits I have tried their breakfast menu, platters and have lunch there twice. The food is so average that it is almost as bland as licking an empty spoon. They don't even serve the food hot. I once had to return my steak to warm it up as it was cold, even though I insisted on it being served on a hot plate. The order was not taken properly. I told the person taking our orders twice that I don't want any mushrooms on my steak as I have mushroom allergies still they put mushrooms in my steak. The staff is friendly and cheerful but that doesn't make up for their sloppy service or for their tasteless pastries or petrol-station-grade sandwiches. Atmosphere, both inside and outside is quite nice. The decor indoors reminds you nothing of an English Tea House in Windsor but it is contemporary chic. It's a posh, place where you can go to be noticed, impress or be impressed but if you are looking for flavour then probably some place else.
Outstanding experience. Desi nashta platter is good... Steak is dry and tasteless. Frappuccino isn't even close to Starbucks. Ambiance is good though for dating or shashka but i won't go regularly there. Overpriced. Free croissants were the best
So last week I was craving for good breakfast and then suddenly English Tea House came into my mind and it was above expectations. Nice ambiance excellent food quality but they need to improve their portion size. The tea was good too. Service was nice.
