Dunkin' - Islandia

It's ok ... great bagels I just wish they would have bacon ham more available . Seems every time I visit they don't have either or.

It's a dunkin donuts and it's hit but sometimes a miss with order accuracy.

The coffee was cold and tasted like it's been long time storage

On September 30, 2022, I ordered two items on demand. I was only able to pick up my order one hour late since I had a busy day. When I finally got there by 4:30pm, my order was nowhere in sight. I proceeded to tell an employee my order had not beenfulfilled, but the employee disregarded my concerns and claimed that the store had been busy despite the fact that the store hadno customers inside the store nor the drive-through. I overheard the employee?s co-workers talking amongst themselves; I thenasked the employee again why they hadn?t fulfilled my order after an hour had passed even when their co-workers were onlytalking with each other. The employee became been very rude and arrogant towards me. Because of this, I then asked if I maypursue the manner to higher management for unprofessional conduct. The employee acted even more rudely towards me, laughing atme during the incident. My main problems were that the employee in question (name not provided on uniform or to me) was, asmentioned, rude, arrogant, and unprofessional! I very often purchase from Dunkin and am disappointed that I had been confrontedwith such conduct and unprofessionalism.

Not a good Dunkin. Rude order taker. Also they mess up the order sometimes. That's why Starbucks is better. This is just a wannabe Starbucks brand. On west coast nobody knows Dunkin.
