Pizzeria La Gondola - Isle of Anglesey

I have been visiting this restaurant in Holyhead with my family for years now, as it seems to be my cousin's go-to choice for take-out night. To be honest, it has always been hit or miss. I have had a few decent pizzas from here, but sometimes they are greasy, overcooked, or just taste strange and unpleasant. While I have found their prices to be reasonable and the toppings crispy, our most recent experience was so bad that I feel compelled to share it. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future, as the food was disgusting and the staff were rude and unfriendly.

I ordered a pizza for delivery on Saturday night, and I'm not sure how they did it, but the pizza crust was burnt and the toppings were overcooked. Surprisingly, the pizza box seemed to be in better shape than the pizza itself.

Have given this place a few chances, but always give up. very humid floor and cold. Why do I interrupt? poor show.

Not correct fish and chips, frozen filets that they would get in a super market, old waited for a terrible meal that went in the bin.

Tried this for the first time as we just wanted a pizza to takeaway while on a break in Anglesey. Quite frankly it was awful. After slices each we ended up chucking the rest in the bin. The bases were think and stodgy, the...topping was piled on so much it had slid off and was stuck to the box. I have eaten plenty of good takeaway pizza over the years and this really isn't good. For anyone thinking of trying it ... don't, you will regret it!
