The Garden Cafe, formerly known as [restaurant name], has relaunched with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating offering excellent views of the Solent. Guests are welcomed with a friendly atmosphere and a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and cream tea options. The menu features seasonal produce, including delicious homemade ploughman's lunches, soups, and curries during colder months. Portions are generous and each dish reflects a high level of quality, even down to the flavorful sauces. A visit to the Garden Cafe is highly recommended for a delightful dining experience.
My husband and I have visited The Garden Cafe twice in the past few weeks. The first time we went with family members, and the second time I met my husband's Sunday cycling group there for coffee, and we stayed for lunch. Both times we enjoyed the fresh and delicious ploughman's lunches, as well as the recommended strawberry cream tea. Currently, there is a limited menu available offering ploughman's, sandwiches, cream teas, cake, etc. However, the cafe plans to stay open during the winter and will offer hot food options. The farm boasts a fantastic view of the north of the Island, The Solent, and The New Forest. The friendly and helpful owner and staff further enhance the enjoyable experience of visiting The Garden Cafe.
Great Ploughman’s Lunch, very clean, welcoming and far reaching views. Quiche was also outstanding, as is the Strawberry Cream Tea and Trifle! Well worth visiting and we will definitely be going back.
Good quality cream tea in a good location, average prices but beware the menu says Not for sharing !
