Kolache Factory - Isleta Pueblo

The food was really good but the lady was awful when I went to pick up my order. She gave me a bid 'ol lecture on how I should have called and checked with them on which items were available because some of the items on the online ordering were not available and haven 't been for a long time. I feel like they should remove those items from their online store if they don 't have them anymore. She was also bothered that my phone number was incorrect and they couldn 't get ahold of me to tell me the items were unavailable. I was fine dealing with it in store when I got there to pick up my order but clearly it was an issue on her part. I didn 't get in there with her because I 'll be moving and likely won 't be returning. Even if I were staying in town that experience made me not want to ever return.

Another bun with something inside. Too expensive for a simple product and I wouldn't call it healthy.

Terrible customer service, management doesn't prepare enough for walkins says she has to train her customers to order ahead. Never return again because they never have any kolaches ready at 7am

I have been visiting this location for years. The Kolaches are great. BUT, the service is terrible. I always (always as in, well…always) purchase 18 to 24 Kolaches to share with my office and customers. Today I was told “orders of more than 12 require preorder”. What?? The manager said especially days like today when we are busy”. Let me see if I understand? You have Kolaches and want to sell Kolaches but selling 24 is too difficult? I could buy 12 then turn around and buy another dozen, no problemo? I will never visit any Kolache Factory franchise again. Anywhere, anytime. Nada, nope, no, zip, zilch, zippo, nyet! As a franchisor I hope HQ monitors your reviews and pray they have a mystery shopper program. But I highly doubt it. Bye bye KF!

Don’t get me wrong the food is tasty. I got a cinnamon roll earlier today and they put it in a paper bag just by it’s self. The frosting seeped the bag and made it soggy. I’m not one to complain but it literally ruined my seats.
