Papa Felipe's Mexican - Isleta Pueblo

Thank you Papa Felipe's for pulling off our large party today of 24 people. Food, service and drinks were awesome

Don't come here. This place seeks of urine and is overly crowded, yet the ambience is quite empty. When we pointed out our needs and requested another table they simply told us they couldn't do anything and that we would have to wait for hours. I had been to this place before and it was a good experience, so the outcome of our recent visit demonstrates management and staff has deteriorated the quality of a good place.

I had beef flautas. The corn tortillas were so TOUGH a knife wouldn't cut them. They lacked flavor and were BLAND. The booth seats were totally uncomfortable. I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone who really likes real Mexican food or New Mexican food. The prices were way too high for the quality of the food.

3.25 on food, one kind of salsa claim homemade, great if you like PACE picante sauce. I prefer a fresh type salsa Dietary restrictions: I ordered steak fajitas good, came with beans good, rice horrible flavorless with what seemed to be tomato paste straight from the can, also very little pico or guac.

Last Thursday I went in and got a combo plate. It was good and the service was great. My server Marissa did a great job. I will be back!
