Pizza 9 Revel - Isleta Pueblo

Was a Sunday they were slow. But I like quiet too sometimes. I'm sure this place is great for drinks with the family and even has some games for the kiddos. Pinball. The pizza was fantastic! Tasted amazing! Will always come back. They closed the pizza 9 by my house so this one is the next closest. Will be stopping in today as well ! See ya soon !

We received the wrong pizza after an hour wait, called to get a credit since we didn't receive what we paid for and was accused of lying! They made us send a picture of our wrong order. Awful business practice to accuse regular customers of lying. Then, their apology came with a bunch of excuses. Not everyone in this town is out to scam you. I know that's hard to believe, but at least have some respect for your customers. That entire interaction as a customer was unnecessary and disrespectful.

After receiving the wrong pizza, the manager laughed on the phone and called me a liar until I sent in a picture of the pizza I received. I am honestly embarrassed by this level of professionalism. I was more than reasonable and got treated like a crook.

That manager Cliff needs to be fired immediately he called me and my fiancé “stupid spics” on Friday morning after we told him why our food was taking so long not only did he call us racial slurs but yelled at us in front of other customers behind us in line they also heard him being racist to us that’s why I’m leaving a 1 star review don’t bother even going to this location unless that manager gets fired

Everything was tasty but atmosphere was not too friendly.
