I got a caramel dulce and it was luke warm as well as not being able to taste any caramel whatsoever. It just tasted like watered down coffee. It wasn't very good at all.

Great atmosphere, people, and coffee!Would love if it were open till late because the environment is so nice!

I came to Harvard and was eating my turkey jacks and I spilled my Mucho Grande Turkish Latte. All over the floor. I work in the industry and I had no problem cleaning up my mess because the guys were busy. I wasn't going to ask for another drink. Then Elliott appears and asked if he could replace my drink. What an amazing Guy!!! He made my drink again and brought it to me. He also super polite. Thanks ? Elliott. YOU ROCK!!!!!
