No longer Ultimate BLT, and have changed to only bacon bits instead of strips of bacon. Bummer way to change menu I won’t be back. Tables dirty

This sandwich shop is always very consistent and I guess for me that's the most important thing. I'm a Turkey ranch sandwich guy and always the same taste the same flavor, and that's just what I need to taste in the food that I ordered. Staff is always on top of it, and get your orders out quick, and are always very friendly.

This location used to be good, used to be clean and used to have friendly welcoming staff. Not anymore. I was there today with my son and saw an employee run outside to heckle a customer who decided not to order after the employee was rude to her. Things will only get wore and worse and it begins with the owner. The majority of the answers to guests concerns are met with out of context praise of completely unrelated or mentioned items?? Why your bacon bit BLT sucked but the majority of our new menu is a hit?! Who cares when he wanted a BLT?! Quit saying your working on it and start doing it because I really doubt your going to last

Multiple bad experiences, snarky employees, slow service even when you are only customers. Just avoid this place. I Always come on my lunch and it takes more than 35 min to get a sandwich. They don’t even bother to greet customers.
