It is part of the Faucet Inn group, which operates a number of bars across the capital. During my visit on a Thursday afternoon, I did not have a reservation, but the bar was busy with guests. The only other diners present were an older couple who seemed to receive more attention from the somewhat surly barmaid. The presentation of the food was impressive, with the burger served with chips on a wooden board, sauces on the left, burger on the right, and chips in the middle. However, I found the burger to be quite small and underwhelming compared to other dishes being served in the bar.
This spot is ideal for after-work drinks, especially with their great happy hour deals. The cocktails are expertly crafted by the friendly bar staff and the service is top-notch. I recently tried their new bagel menu during a lunchtime visit and it was fantastic. With its good value for money and pleasant atmosphere, I highly recommend this bar. I even suggested having our Christmas party here.
This restaurant is a wonderful spot for post-work drinks! The Happy Hour is a great bonus. The cocktails are expertly crafted by the friendly bartenders, and the service is top-notch. I recently tried their new bagel menu during a lunch meeting and it was amazing. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is pleasant. I have even recommended this place to our head office as a potential venue for our Christmas party. I definitely suggest checking out this bar.
Location: Ember is a small bar with a warehouse-style interior, situated just by Farringdon tube station. Part of the wider Faucet Inn group, which operate a number of bars across the capital. My visit was on a Thursday lunchtime, sans reservation, but the bar was bereft of guests, a solitary older couple being the other beneficiaries of the slightly surly barmaid's attentions.Presentation:Great. The burger arrived avec chips on a ergonomic wooden board, sauces to the left of me, burger to the right, here I am , stuck in the middle with chips. Not what I expected (from seeing the food served to the only other diners in the bar). The burger seemed quite small, almost mean if I'm being fair to it, but the whole ensemble looked quite impressive.Price:
