The Archway Kebab - Islington

I ordered the lamb kofta with rice and chicken shish meal for delivery through UberEats. Kofta is one of my favorite dishes from the Middle East, made with ground lamb or beef mixed with herbs, garlic, and spices. The meat mixture is then shaped into balls, patties, or logs, grilled, and served with pita, salads, dips, and sauces. The food was delicious and arrived on time. The kofta was well-seasoned and cooked perfectly, not too dry or greasy. The chicken shish was also very tasty, grilled to perfection on the outside and juicy on the inside. The only downside was that the chips were a bit soggy, but overall, I had a great meal from the Archway Kebab Centre.

I visited The Opposite with some colleagues for lunch. I have had some bad kebabs around England, but I have to say that this is one of the best! I chose the chicken doner with chips and salad. I was not disappointed. The meat was perfectly cooked and fresh, not reheated like most kebab shops. The food was delicious! The staff behind the counter were super friendly, helpful, and wore masks the entire time. It is definitely a great place to eat. It's a shame that it's not my local kebab shop! I will definitely visit again when I am in The Opposite. Thank you!

This place in North London serves the best kebabs! We first tried it during lockdown and have been loyal customers ever since. The meat is delicious, and our go-to order is the chicken doner box with chips (and extra burger sauce). The owner and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Whether dining in or taking away, it is always a great experience.

When I went to a kebab shop for the first time, I was very impressed. the food was freshly cooked with real meat and very well tasted. had the lamb with their homemade chili sauce screamed. it wasn't spicy, and the aromen cut very well. I loved the chili sauce so much that I asked for a second help. more important was the boss friendly and pleasant, and in contrast to many others this ice cream was kept very clean.

Quick service, food was fresh and tasty and well priced. The regular chicken shish wrap was just the right size.
