The Resource Cafe - Islington

The ABC cinema has been transformed into a spacious pub. The original vintage decor is still intact, creating a nostalgic atmosphere. The food is delicious and affordable, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

An incredible space, a trip back in time to the golden years of cinema.

Was in London for a short trip and tried to visit as many local pubs as possible. Not your traditional pub vibe but the beer and food prices could not be beat. Was there in the early afternoon and the patrons were mostly seniors. Suspect the crowd changes later in the evening.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and everything is served quickly and at a reasonable price. It's perfect for families and truly remarkable. However, it may not be suitable for those with mobility impairments due to the numerous stairs and tall bar chairs. The restaurant has a rich history, as it used to be a theater (see pictures below). Overall, this restaurant is exceptional and I highly recommend it!

This spacious Wetherspoon's is located in a converted 1900s cinema. There are plenty of seats available for walk-ins, and ordering through the app provides reliable and quick service.
