Baran Restaurant Ottoman Kitchen

Its location was very near to my hotel, So I bought couple of times from this restaurant.<br/ <br/ They have a nice dining area, But I was always having the food take away.<br/ <br/ For me the shawarma Doner in wrap was below average.<br/ <br/ They have nice selection of Mezza (Salad).<br/ <br/ Food 3.5/5<br/ Service 4/5<br/ Ambiance 3.5/5<br/ Value for Money 3/5

Some really good and wholesome food here. After days of junk food we found this place and tried 4 different dishes in 2 days.. very good food.I didnt try their shawerma/gyro/meat wrap/doner because we weren't into having fast food.We would definitely recommend this place.

We visited for iftar and dined indoors. Unlike other restaurants, they didn't offer just a meat or chicken menu. Instead, you can choose from 15 different main dishes. For 50 TL, you get a salad, soup, rice, a main dish, a drink, and dessert. What more could you ask for? The service was very fast, and the food was served hot with perfectly clean glasses. You can go there without hesitation. I believe it's one of the rare places in the area that doesn’t charge tourist prices. Right across from it, there are two other restaurants near the tram stop. I’m sure they maintain the same quality. Thank you to the management!
