Pincee de Sel - Istres

I justify my note here Framework and friendly servers Home Frites.

We discovered the pinch of salt today. The welcome is on top. Ordering and service also with smiling, welcoming staff, in small care for their customers. We see that the satisfaction of their customers is important. Arrival of the dishes: my 7-year-old son chose the French burger. It is served with homemade fries and a salad of crudities. He bounced the salad obviously but ate the burger with chopped steack 180g and cammenbert and the fries in whole! On our side we have chosen, home foie gras and gourmet salad. A real treat. The first one is served with brioche and fig season jam, the second is a salad with tomatoes of smoked magret and grilled fresh duck magret just incredible in taste of the chunks of foie gras and a toast of foie gras! The all delicious... When we are served at the entrance, we are asked if we would like to wait a bit before sending the dishes they are really in the small care! . Arrival of the dishes: for me it's still an entrance. Duo de burger de la mer. Everything is on the photo, except smell and taste, delicious!!! My companion chose the pork ribs to the reblochon, served with fries and mushrooms. He's been enjoying himself! For dessert: enjoy homemade sunshines, ice-cut and day dessert: a brownie served with a vanilla ice ball. The rest of us had fun, especially my companion who had to finish our desserts so they were hearty. Anyway, we're going back there to test the rest of the card! And find such a helpful team. Oops I forgot: we ate inside because time was gray. The restaurant is well decorated with taste but there is plenty of room under the platanes and parasol...

We had a great time at the Pincee de Sel! Thank you very much to the whole team, smiling and care! A special thanks to Lisa, at the top! The dishes were well presented and great! A birthday of which, thanks to you: we will remember!!

A very good restaurant. Young people who want it and who really want to improve in service. We feel the will to do better. I went there 3 times noon and evening... perfect A new visit this week. And pie lemon meringue.

The meal was very good very kind and smiling staff but I deplore it is that the staff did not wear an internal mask as an external damage
