Tiba Sushi - Istres

The Sushi Top on Istres. The quality is well at the rendezvous, a very appreciated speed regarding deliveries and of course a professionalism out of the ordinary with managers who know how to loyalty their customers.

A real treat. I recommend. New order and always perfect. Flavored delivery, beautiful presentation and especially delicious dishes.

Nice staff but not transcending sushi...

Personally, we ordered for the first time and I don't know if the products are fresh in any case we have no problem at the moment the gyozas are very good and we thought we'd start well but we didn't find the California famous, despite the sauce they were fade, for an order for 2 we had a sauce each not enough wasabi for all sushi and ginger it was about to say there. Fortunately we're followers and I always have what it takes at the expense. For the cabbage salad it is not bad but you have to love revival and perso fantasy I love simplicity and lemon caviar with fried onions, short good but not exceptional. The rates are correct but are not worth the meal, it is of course only my opinion to each taste.

Good sushi able to compete with the surrounding competitors, original presentation, fresh and quality product, however some small improvements remain possible!
