Had a great time at the cider tasting brunch this morning. Each of the four plates were extremely unique, interesting and very filling everyone left full! Our favorites were the root vegetable egg hollandaise and the amazing apple cheddar quiche, although the maple sweet corn creme brulee was a close second. The ciders paired excellently and we really appreciated getting to talk to the owner of the cidery and learn more about the process behind each individual cider we were trying. We would all definitely be interested in coming back for a similar event in the future!
