Pizza Hut - Izegem

I tried to place an online order at Pizza Hut on a Wednesday, but it stated that online ordering was not available at my address. Despite living just a mile away from the restaurant and having received deliveries in the past, I had to place my order by phone. The online price of 35 euros suddenly became 49 euros - 47 euros for the pizzas and 2 euros for delivery. When I brought this up, the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. I then suggested canceling my phone order and ordering online for pick-up instead. They canceled the phone order, but when I showed them the error message on my phone, they acted as if they couldn't do anything about it. While I understand their limitations, their rude attitude towards a customer was uncalled for.Sorry, guys.

Always friendly until now. I always ask for everything to be fried lightly and 9/10 times they listen to this. Downside: the garlic breads are not what they used to be. Maybe a different recipe, but we won't be ordering any more in the meantime, too bad! Sometimes the toppings could be a bit richer, as shown in the photo when ordering, but overall satisfied.

Pizza was very tasty, the deep pan was crispy on the outside but nice and soft on the inside and the BBQ pulled chicken was super tasty!! They are normally open until 9:30 PM I ordered at 9:20 PM and received it on time, thank you very much for still doing this!! Great work!!
