Kirmizi - Izmir

We have eaten there tonight, 2 people. 4 beer and 2 vegan dishes with falafels, vegan juices and vegan beer. it was very good, the waiters are very sweet, the place is great and near the coast with a beautiful walk around. we paid 200 Turkish lira, but I didn't have the price details. therefore I give only 4 stars: there is no written menu. but otherwise I guess I'll go to this place!

Has a menu (in Turkish) with a vegan section with a handful of different options. cool atmosphere in an old house with a very cozy upper floor and many tables that have a good private sphere and really make themselves like they have their own place. 33tl here (stand: 11/2020) for a vegan dinner plate with a 300ml design becks beer is a hard to beat. dinner teller comes with a handful of vegan versions of Turkish food and a decent size next to salad. would have used a little less to the salate, but that's a little complaining. everything here was good and it is always nice to try vegan versions of a little more local food! in any case it is worth looking for a good dinner!

Krmz sits in a small street off the main drag of zmir's tourist district, in an old house with tables on the street also. It's out of the way location gives it an intimate feel. There are several vegan options. I had the sampler plate that included falafel, bulgur, and brek. The accompanying red (krmz wine was delicious. The service was very good and the price was quite modest. I'll definitely try it again.
