Large chefs is a fairly well-known chain with many locations throughout Turkey known for a huge menu and a rather elevated environment. Not awfully far away from the niche that Cheesecake Factory wants. Unfortunately, the vegan menu is limited to only four options at this time in this place, which seems a little weak as the menu is literally 40 pages in total. I had the vegan schnitzel that was decent. The potatoes were pretty good when a bit too oily, the salad was fresh, and the scavenger tasted good, but was a little dryer I would like. Some kind of vegan cream sauce would go a long way here, I think. Not necessarily anywhere I would visit alone, but it is an option that I f you have company with you that do not want an all-vegan restaurant.

However, the vegan menu at this particular location is somewhat lacking, with only four choices available. Given that the overall menu is 40 pages long, this seems limited. I tried the vegan schnitzel, which was decent. The carrots were tasty but a bit too oily, the salad was fresh, and the dish had good flavor but was slightly dry. I believe adding a vegan cream sauce could greatly enhance the dish. Overall, Large Kitchen Chefs may not be my first choice for a solo dining experience as a vegan, but it could be a good option for those dining with companions who are not looking for an all-vegan restaurant.
