Mcdonald's - Jackson County

I absolutely recommend the large chocolate milk shake for dessert...I try to have one every other day if I can..

2cd time in 2 weeks I stopped here for lunch, I'm almost positive this is the worst mcdonalds ever. Don't go here just keep going.

Stopped in cause I had some reward points that were expiring. Still a rip off, I earned the points, they should never expire. Anyway, food and service was good. Used the app to order while in store. App not easy to navigate quick, but once ordered, food was on table very quickly. Would recommend.

My experience shows using the app and waiting in one of the marked spots works! I've noticed less mess ups and the speed in which your food arrives is good.

Almost everytime I stop in its usually after 6pm and the female managers are ALWAYS sooo rude and hateful. I am also a door dasher and almost every single time I have to pick up an order in the evening/nights shifts there is ALWAYS some sort of issue and the manager just refuses to do anything about it and today she was extremely rude and acted as if I was stupid and didn't have the customers order pulled up on my phone right in front of her. This places has done nothing but go downhill after covid...Definitely would give 0 stars if it was allowed.
