Carvel - Jackson Heights

I have come for years to carvel and every time I come: the workers are niceplace is clean everyone has masks on (since the pandemic)Many different flavors of ice cream prices (for eating and home) overall would recommend carvel to anyone who has a sweet tooth or that is a demand ice cream!

The best ! ... Customer service is great. The birthday ice cream cakes are delicious! Every year I order one for my daughter.

The ice cream server is extremely rude. It is not appropriate for someone working in a place where people come to enjoy a treat and brighten their day.

I stopped by for a small ice cream cake. There was a good variety of cakes to choose from and candle selection. The counter person icing piped the writing very nicely and centered.Spacious shop with daily specials for shakes and frozen treats.

Officially my favorite place to get ice cream in New York.
