Panera Bread - Jackson Township

Food was ok. service was bad people behind the counter were rude when asking for a take out bag after eating. Definitely will not be coming back to this location. If the workers are going to have such a bad attitude maybe they should find another job not in customer service.

Stopped at the strip location. Ordered a tuna salad sandwich on wheat for my wife. Out of wheat, asked for Multigrain. Out of that. So I settled for sourdough. Asked for spinach instead of emerald greens. No spinach. So...I ordered tuna salad on sourdough with no tomato. Got home and it was a bacon and lettuce sandwich, no tuna. Do better, panera. You're too expensive to screw up people's food!

Honestly just had the best sandwich I've ever had at a Panera today. Got my usual, chipotle chicken avocado melt, and DAMN it was on fire today. Idk if you just got fresh ingredients or what but my sandwich today was 10/10. I won't pretend the food is always that good but today I was blown away.

I ordered a tomato basil sandwich that is not at all what I got. There is literally only cold, bacon and spring mix on my sandwich not a single ingredient other than that than a dry fart.

I have enjoyed Panera in the past, but unfortunately not today. In at 7:30p and mostly empty and majority of tables were dirty, trash spills on the floor with dishes piled by the waste receptacle. Very expensive for a bowl of onion soup that couldn’t have measured more than a cup full. Disappointing.
