Arby's - Jackson

5:35 pm today, 10/13/22. Ordered Jamoca shake, machine out of order. Ordered root beer for drink, THAT machine down. Completed order and was told to pull forward and waited. Realized I paid with a charge card and got no receipt. When weFINALLY got our food I asked for my receipt and was told THAT machine was down also!! THAT was the last straw and told the thegentleman who delivered our food how upset and scary not to have my receipt ESPECIALLY with everything that happened. He saidhe just works there. In other words OH WELL!! Please help!!!!

I don't usually speak much on fast food, but this is the best Arby's I've ever been too. It also may be the best fast food restaurant I've been too. The staff is nice, the service is fast, and everything has always been fresh.

They moved to the drive thru and was asked to wait, then a dame came out with blue hair to smoke a zigarette while we waited for our order. 10 minutes later, after our order has not been taken yet, we decided to go easy. will not be back.

I usually don't talk much about fast eating, but that's the best arby's I've ever been. it can also be the best almost food restaurant I was. the personal is beautiful, the service is fast, and everything was always fresh.

Our big riders literally had a small amount of french in the box when I got them home. absolutely ridiculous.
