Archie's Fish Chicken - Jackson

Eating is really good, it tastes as if they eat home on the other side their facility needs some work

My 1st trip was OK. I tried the wings, they weren't crunchy enough for me so I'll request them to be fried hard next time. Will try the fish next time too.

Fish wasn't fresh it was fried in old grease and mushy as if it was freezer burned..... don't enjoy it... salad was good and fresh though.. priced too high...on pantrout order!

I'm disappointed. I went in yesterday with two of my children. Prices have been jacked up, especially for the little I got. Spaghetti wasn't as good as usual, fish had NO seasoning and chicken was mediocre. The food and service use to be good. I haven't been there since March. I don't know what happened. Not to mention the food took 45 minutes to get. Multiple people came in and I heard them ordering after us, they still got their food faster. The poor young man taking orders needs help. He tried but the frustration showed on his face and in his attitude, lack of smiling, being courteous.

I never got a chance to actually try the food. I went during my lunch time and there were 3 people ahead of me. There was 1 employee taking orders. As 2 of us remained in line, the phone rang and the employee proceeded to write down a to-go order as we stood in line looking and waiting to place our order. By this time, I'd been waiting in line for way too long just to get my order taken. As I waited, I observed that no one who'd already placed orders had received any food. Therefore, I made the decision to leave bc it would've probably taken 25-30 minutes to receive my food. I wish l could've actually tasted the food. May need to invest in more personnel during peak times to get orders taken and food out faster.
