Burger King - Jackson

The restaurant is decent, but it would be better if they paid more attention to the food. While being proud in this industry is a good quality, unfortunately they don't seem to understand that concept. Very disappointing.

I believe this restaurant is poorly managed or the staff are purposely neglecting customers. The waitress who took my order was impatient and rushed me. I asked for a moment to decide on my order, but she kept pressuring me. It seems like they don't care about doing their job properly. The food I received was cold and the cheese looked old. It's possible they are serving leftovers as fresh food. The owner needs to address these issues before customers stop coming. The prices are too high for the quality of food and service. I usually enjoy eating at this restaurant, but after this experience, I won't be returning. I recommend going to a different restaurant like Olive Garden or a nice steakhouse instead. People work hard for their money and deserve better.

The staff working the register seemed unfamiliar with how to use one of their coupons, leading to a delay as we waited for a manager to assist. Additionally, they initially made the wrong sandwich which had to be fixed by the manager. There was also a close call with receiving the wrong food order that I had to double-check at the counter. On a brighter note, the restaurant was clean and the food was warm and delicious.

Eating was good, but I wish they had the Italian huh, the only had it for a limited time

With almost every other fast good joint closed, at 800pm, went to this BK. Service was great. Food was even bettet. Fish and ChKing was hot crispy and delicious. Also love it when I get bonus onion rings in my fry box.
