I hate to write this review. This has become my least favorite location. The baristas are nice and coffee is good. Unfortunately there’s a lack of cleanliness here that borderlines on disgusting. The bathroom is gross. It really needs a deep clean. Its seeing more use since the one in the front is out of order and it shows. Hopefully they can resolve this.

The service was nice. The frappe was good, exactly as I ordered it, except the fact that I paid for an extra shot of coffee and the volume of ingredients in the pitcher was too large, so there is no way that I received all the ingredients. (See photo) I do t understand why baristas make such a huge volume of frappe and throw away 1/3 to 1/2 of the beverage! My cup was full but the barista could have filled another cup the same size with what was thrown away. I should be charged less or receive more.
