Contribuisci feedbackFinally, a fast food restaurant I can actually visit! Thank goodness! The burger was delicious, and the onion rings were great too. The service was outstanding—everyone was very kind and friendly, which is rare to find outside of Chick-fil-A.
I truly felt for the three staff members who were working hard to keep things running smoothly during the lunch rush. Kristen, the young lady, was managing orders at both the inside counter and the drive-thru, while also making shakes, sundaes, and ice cream cones. There was only one young man cooking in the kitchen, and another young man was tasked with taking out the trash, wiping down tables, mopping the floor, and delivering orders to the dine-in customers. This young man consistently wore plastic gloves when serving food to customers. Unfortunately, some patrons were quite rude, making snide comments and even walking out. It seemed these customers failed to recognize that the three workers were doing their best while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
The staff here is fun and upbeat, and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. It's not your typical Dairy Queen, but it still evokes those nostalgic memories. The food deserves a perfect score of 5 out of 5!
The service was unfriendly and rude. Additionally, the bacon was missing from the bacon cheeseburger. Overall, it felt like a waste of our time and money.
The staff at this restaurant were quite rude and seemed indifferent. If you're not interested in engaging with customers, then a fast food job might not be the best fit. Additionally, they forgot to add bacon to the bacon burger.
