Contribuisci feedbackThis Dunkin' is located inside a Marathon truck stop. The place is spotless, the service is quick, and the staff is welcoming. We will definitely make it a point to stop here whenever we pass through.
During my last visit, I waited over 30 minutes for two drinks after placing my order on the mobile app 20 minutes before I arrived. When I got there, I was informed they were out of one of the drinks I ordered and was instructed to pull up. I then had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to bring out my drinks. By that time, my food had gone cold, and one of the drinks was also cold, which just happened to be the one they claimed they didn’t have in stock. When I brought this to the attention of an employee, she refused to make things right, despite one drink being ice cold while both were supposed to be served hot. I have no intention of returning to this location under any circumstances.
I've ordered the maple bacon croissant twice now, and each time I received the regular bacon instead. I can tell the difference because I order from other Dunkin' locations, and you can definitely taste the maple. There's nothing more frustrating than not getting what you wanted!
The employee that goes by the name ?Grandma? is very unprofessional as well as rude. Not sure how she got a job at this fine establishment. In addition to being rude to my face she managed to completely botch my order. Normally you?re only lucky enough to to get one of those. Will NEVER be returning.
I go get my coffee every morning and the drive thru is so efficient and courtesy is also at the best it can be. Always smiling faces.
