Mesquite Mexican Grill - Jackson

Management is lacking. Employees are poorly trained. I have been giving this place a chance and been getting food to go for a few times and enough is enough. After my order was completely incorrect I called back to get my money refunded. They told me no said I needed to bring the food back to get replaced. Told them I could not do that as I was going back to work. An employee told me it would be taken care of so when I came back after work I could get my food remade. I threw away the other food. Upon arriving the manager tells me there’s nothing he can do because I didn’t bring the food back. I ask him to call the guy who told me to come back after work. He says no “I do not call employees once they leave”

The restaurant was very dirty and did not smell good at all. The food was bland and overpriced. Do not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We’re from Forsyth and I was worth the trip to Jackson. Their for is amazing well seasoned freshly prepared and combine good food with a more authentic decor get place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
