Do NOT order online and expect to be served. In fact, you can expect to pay for a meal you will not receive at all. Tonight marks the 3rd time (shame on us) that we ordered online, paid with a credit card, and were denied our order upon pick-up (we ordered at 4:19pm and at 5:15pm I arrived to retrieve the order). Even when we offered the time-stamped bank account charge, they would not honor our paid order. Two other times in recent months, we ordered within business hour times, drove to pick up long before 6pm and they had arbitrarily closed early- no canceled order and no refund. We can forgive mistakes, we can NOT forget poor customer service. Because we work and they close relatively early, our only option has been to order and pick up on our way home. We will not be back as we feel stolen from at this point.
Excellent service and quality of food, when available. The smoothies are always available (if over priced), but the food hardly is. Upon coming into Qwench, usually around 4-5, I have been told three times that the kitchen is closed. No food, or smoothie bowls. It's extremely frustrating. Just today, after one month of not going, stopped in at 1:15. No kitchen availability. It's frustrating.
Everytime I come here, there is either a machine down or they are out of something. I'm quite sure its that the staff is just lazy and lying. They usually look at each other and snicker as they say the machine is down. There's no way they go several months without a working juice machine at a juice bar. I feel bad for the owner as I'm sure he doesn't know.
While in line getting a smoothie the employee was very unprofessional and while ordering pulled out his phone and recorded a video of me and my girlfriend on his phone. Very unsatisfied and will be reporting to upper management
