Refill Jackson Initiative

The Jackson League of Women Voters had lunch catered from Refill Cafe this past week. I was pleasantly surprised to find a vegetarian option on their menu. I was delighted, though, when I got their Pesto veggie wrap, and it was delicious! I even loved the cardboard boxes that each lunch came in. Yay for no plastic!

Driving into Jackson on a Monday, I was loOking for a local spot. Refill was a perfect choice. It's in a house with a large parking lot always important. Two of us had a bowl. It's not a huge serving, which I appreciate, but definitely ample. Monday meant red beans and rice was the special. They were excellent. The pImento cheese was a hit. Happy to support their job training mission. Great find!

Good food and service in a pleasant setting and for a great cause.

Eat is fantastic! The mission behind it is even more impressive! I highly recommend it!
