Taco Bell - Jackson

My experience at Taco Bell tonight was amazing. The young man who served me was incredibly helpful. I struggled to communicate my order, so I asked him for a suggestion, and what he recommended was absolutely delicious! I really appreciated his assistance and will definitely return. I wish I had caught his name; he was very polite, friendly, and attentive. Overall, a fantastic visit!

I love tacos, so this is my favorite spot to enjoy them!

The service was decent, but they forgot my cinnamon twist. I tried calling back, but I only reached a recording that told me to leave my number, and they haven't called me back yet. Make sure to double-check your order if you visit the Taco Bell on Hwy 8 in Jackson, Mississippi.

Eating was hot and fresh, gain it 4 stars because they forget one of our drinks

The service has been extremely slow. I do understand they are short-handed but a 30/40min wait time in the lobby is extreme at a fast food restaurant.
