We visit this restaurant fairly often, but unfortunately, we continue to be disappointed by the unpleasant management style. The food is good, but the staff—especially the older and higher-ranking members—are not very friendly. They don't seem to value the customers or show concern for our satisfaction with the service. Items are frequently unavailable, and the staff is quite inflexible when it comes to substitutions. With each visit, we find ourselves wanting to come here less often. It’s not a very family-friendly place either.
The customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee opened the window without saying a word and simply held out her hand for my card. While I was putting my card away, she started shaking my receipt at me without saying anything. While I waited for my food, I looked around and then suddenly noticed her shaking the bag of food in my face, again without uttering a single word. She wasn't busy helping another customer on the headset, nor was she occupied with preparing orders. The name on the receipt was Amber L. This was the worst customer service experience I've had, even for a fast-food restaurant.
Ahh well Taco Bell is what it is. We went through the drive thru and service was fairly quick, the food was warm. We didn't have any problems with our order. Everything went well.
My family and I have been stopping at this restaurant during our travels for years because they consistently have friendly staff and delicious food! Our recent visit was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and we loved the new remodel—the bathrooms were especially nice and clean. Thank you for another wonderful experience! We look forward to our next visit!
