I am sure glad I did because the food was absolutely delicious. The owner was so gracious and so helpful in helping me make my selection based on my diet. One bite and I was hooked. I am not sure when I will be back to Jackson, but when I do, I will certainly return to this incredible restaurant.
This was my first time eating here. The service was quick and we were greeted warmly. The curry chicken is very flavorful as well as the rice and cabbage. I would give five stars but the meal didn't include any bread
I was so happy to come across this restaurant when I was in Jackson, MS. When my son and I stopped in we were greeted with friendly service and a variety of Jamaican dishes. My son got the chicken and I got a veggie plate. Everything hit the spot.
Amazing lunch spot if you want Oxtails! Loved them over red beans and rice and the side of cabbage was perfect. I normally don't like cabbage but I was all about it!
Someone recommended this place to me. The staff were attentive and quick. The ambiance was minimal. The food was not good in my opinion. The rice was mushy and the chicken was bland. The seasoning was just wet on the chicken. Sad I spent money on it.
