The Mighty Crab Jackson

Eating was great. our server was great. she worked all the way we sat on. she checked us and made sure we had everything. but they were short-served. the only complaint I have is the gruß. She wasn't kind at all. they did not ask how many in our party are placed on the lists. I finally had to say something in the door after five minutes. while she held several talks about nothing. she wiped off menus and speak loud. finally gave her my number. She says it takes about 20 minutes. that's over. I finally come back to see much empty space than before. I asked if the party of four tables is ready that she looks on one stand and says oh ya. I never called my phone.

Too many times I’ve called back to back over the span of hours and received only a busy signal. Online ordering is always down. They close their kitchen an hour or sometimes 2 before they advertise themselves to close. Frankly, it’s just unprofessional. Food is decent though.

We had a wonderful experience .. Food was great. Our server Amanda was amazing very attentive to our needs !!! Will definitely return !!

My new spot!! The entire staff is friendly an inviting. Ricky the new manager is very personable and the Bartender doesn't cheat on the drinks. The food was great to top the whole dining experience off!!

My family and I went this evening. Great atmosphere, good food, and great service. The music added to the experience. Our server was great (sorry I can’t remember his name). The new GM Mr. Ricky is TOP NOTCH! I saw him approach every table and engage in genuine conversation. When he approached ours…it was no different. Hands down the best GM I’ve seen. He even came out of the restaurant to give us a final goodbye and for us to come back soon. We will definitely revisit.
