Veritas - Jackson

The atmosphere was fantastic, complete with live music from a singer and guitarist that really added to the experience. I started with the crab cakes for an appetizer, which were delightful. For the main course, I had the blackened walleye accompanied by vegetables and potatoes. It was truly one of the most enjoyable meals I've had. I will definitely be back!

The fish and steaks are consistently delicious. We savored the sushi appetizer, and the seasonal cocktails were excellent.

The service was incredibly slow at every step. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks, and another 15 minutes for our second round. We've never experienced such a sluggish pace before.

This is a great dinner spot in Jackson! I love the complimentary bread here. It’s really tasty!I highly recommend the Summer Ravioli! It’s one of the lightest ravioli dish I’ve ever had. It was creamy with just the right flavors.We also tried Crab cake (really good! , and lobster risotto (average .The service was great. The place is very well setup, and I liked the seating near the window.Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommend this place.Parking: About 10-12 street parking spots.There is a free parking lot close by.

This was our first time going here and it was for my birthday. The atmosphere was amazing with live music, we sat next to the fish tank. I honestly didn’t expect much but when we got there and ate the food it literally blew me away. The first time I ate jerk chicken was in the Bahamas and this was the second time I had it here. Their jerk chicken special is AMAZING! It beat my expectations and topped the Bahamas jerk chicken ??. I definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good experience and great food. Shout to Malik our server he was awesome!
