The staff member was quite dismissive and rolled her eyes at me. I wasn't loud or rude; I simply asked for help because my DoorDash order hadn't arrived, even though it indicated that my food had been picked up. Her attitude was unacceptable, and while I tried to communicate my concerns, it felt like I was talking to a child. If she continues to behave this way, it could lead her into some tough situations in the future.
The district manager great samantha has to rest and take her big back to home absolutely ugly rude and judgment food: 3/5
I love ordering Wendys off the app. They’re quick and gets everything correct of what I ordered.
I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which was supposed to come with salad, but neither sandwich had any. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
