Taco Bell #1266 - Jacksonville

My experience here was good.After reading all of the negative reviews, I was skeptical..

The food is delicious! The service absolutely sucks! The individual that took my order was extremely rude! Not only was he rude, he was rushed us through

Thanks for the extra on the sauce. So nasty, food tastes nasty and bug inside my sauce. Reminds me why I haven't eaten chinese in a very long time.

I've been here for years, but recently the service has gone dramatically. You screwed my order several times and charged me. I'm not sure what happened to go on the hill, but at this point I wouldn't go anywhere else

I ordered two strict Supremes with light salad and pintos and cheese with light red sauce. I received two regular tacos without acid cream or tomatoes period and a pintos and cheese with more red sauce than pintos. I called and explained that my order was grounded and the woman I spoke to asked if I said it was correct on the screen, I said yes, it was well said, then there is nothing we can do. Very poor customer service the girl in the window was rude and obviously could not multitask I waited 8 minutes in the drive thru just to have screwed up my order. I will never return to this place
