Mcdonald's - Jacksonville Beach

The man wearing gold bracelets at this restaurant is consistently friendly, professional, and excels in providing excellent customer service. I appreciate that this McDonald's location in Jax stands out from the rest in terms of quality. After having several bad experiences elsewhere, I am grateful to have found this particular location.

I visited inside the lobby. When i placed my order on the Kiosk, I ordered a tea in which I thought was large. The sweet lady at the front asked me what size, and another lady came from the back claiming I ordered a small. After realizing I messed up myorder, I asked to order ANOTHER large, or upgrade. The nasty lady from the back was very disrespectful, she thought I was tryingto cheat the system or something . She obviously didn?t want to take my money, didn?t want to be nice. Thanks to the lady at theregister that was nice about the whole situation. To the other lady?

Clean and with excellent customer service, this McDonald's in Jacksonville offers some of the most delicious hamburgers around. The food is fresh and top-notch.

The restaurant seems much improved since they remodeled, at least the ice cream machine isn't broken every night (LOL).

A hot mess. While waiting 15 minutes for my burger and fries, I watched 4 or 5 cars reverse out of the drive thru due to excessive wait times. Also, had two customers come in demanding a refund for cold food. My own order wasn't correct and wasalso cold.
