Rainbow Sushi Japanese All You Can Eat

I arrive at 315pm and I'm told the kitchen is closed already and I'm refused service! The manager is never available and this is the second time this has happened to me! Why advertise open till 330 if your gonna turn away customers?! Update 9/4/23 I come to this restaurant at least once a week because the food is amazing. Although if you read above there have been issues with the level of customer care. Well today 9/4/23 I visited around 2:27pm I was seated alond with two other tables that came in after me. I quickly placed my order as I order the same things each visit. Both tables that were seated after me were served before me and if I didn't notify them of this I would've been forgotten once more as other tables were still getting their food. The food here is amazing which is why I continue to come despite the above mentioned issues. Something had to give cause I really love the food but poor customer service will run me away.

One of the best all you can it sushi in the city. Good ratio rice/fish, everything is fresh and tasty. Recommended. Kid-friendliness: There is an all you can eat menu for kids. Also, highchairs are available. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant tonight. We would like to think the owner and the staff for their amazing service and five star food. Thank you for being you Rainbow sushi and making our son’s birthday memorable we will be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
