The Metro Diner - Jacksonville Beach

It has been just over 5 years since we found Metro Diner. The kids had the giant chocolate chip pancakes last time, but a little more mature taste now. The cinnamon bun pancakes were choice. Josh had the waffles and he loved them. Glad Metro Diner is still serving up great food in a family friendly atmosphere.

Oh my goodness! The portions here are insane! My chicken and egg Benedict was totally worth it and filling! You will not be disappointed at all. Our server was on point and very attentive to us. We sat outside in the patio area and it was a lovely sunny day! Everyone enjoyed their meals and the biscuits n gravy tasted sooo good. Of course I sampled some from my hubby's plate. Definitely check this location out but be prepared to wait if you come for Brunch on Sundays! It is worth the wait though.

Had to try it. Second day in a row for brunch. Service was great. The food was delicious. The place was clean and open. I even drank the coffee because it actually tasted good for a diner. I will be back tomorrow.

The food was awesome, the waitress was very friendly and on point. Would definitely go there again!!

The food was really good!! The pancakes are thick. Kaylee was our server and she was great! (I'm sure I spelled her name wrong ???? Very short wait to be seated and the food came out literally 10 minutes after we ordered! My boyfriend and I will be back.
