Arby's - Jacksonville

The service and dining experience at this place were disappointing, to say the least. I won't be returning after my last visit. I waited over 25 minutes for a simple order, and the restaurant wasn't even busy! The manager shrugged it off, saying he had no idea what the problem was, while the woman in the kitchen claimed she just cooks and didn’t know what was going on either. Trust me, they are the issue. There were only about four orders in total, and everyone had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. One guy even mentioned that his food wasn’t hot when it arrived! How does that happen? They didn’t even apologize or attempt to make it right. It was just a lackluster experience overall.

This is my third visit here, and unfortunately, it's quite dark. None of the lights are working, making it difficult to read the menu. The parking area is also poorly lit. I’ve mentioned this to the staff before, but nothing has changed. On the bright side, the food is fantastic—5 out of 5!

My mozzarella sticks were stale. The fries were limp and not even warm. The brisket sandwich was good, but overall, I was very disappointed. By the way, the link to leave a comment doesn't work. 09.22.22

That gets 2 stars because it's still eating arbys. I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the restaurant. we used the bath that looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. the floors in the toilet and restaurant are dirty. You stay on them when you go. I wanted to tell someone that the toilet room was dirty and 4 employees all took 2 minutes on their phones to realize that I was there. service was friendly.

Had to repeat my order 2 additional times to two different people at the window. The cashier took my payment. Then I waited for my food and after a few minutes the dude asks me yet again what I ordered. I told him and then he was claiming I didn't pay. The female cashier confirmed I had. But he continued to insist he needed payment again. They f you say.
