Arby's - Jacksonville

Great regular frying sandwiches. You almost had a whole disc hanging out of the pack. This season by Covid.

I have never had such poor quality food from a restaurant. I was not able to eat it. The bun was soggy. The roast beef was rubbery. The roast beef texture seemed like it was microwaved for an extended time and I can't imagine why the bun was soggy on a regular roast beef sandwich. I was there on the night before Thanksgiving around 7 PM.

Outstanding experience. Food was hot and fresh. We had called earlier and told the manager that our granddaughter wanted to come to Arby's for her birthday. They met us with a happy birthday. Thank you Arby's!

My sister and I was excited for arby's! We sat at the speaker for a good 5 minutes before anyone even answered us. After getting home we bit into our roast beef and roast beef and cheddar sandwiches...The meat was old and hard. We couldn't even eat it!! What a waste!! Very disappointed.

2nd time with the fish sandwich. Last time NO FISH just bun and condiments. This time the fish basket, crusty greasy stuff off the bottom of fish. I so wanted a good fish sandwich or just piece of hood fish. Bummer.
