Bob Evans - Jacksonville

I felt that our server came across as a bit inexperienced. When taking our orders, they simply asked, “What do you want?” which felt somewhat lacking in hospitality. In the service industry, the focus should be on the customer and their overall experience. On a positive note, I did enjoy the red sangria that I ordered. The manager brought it to our table along with a glass, but didn’t pour it for us, which was a bit unusual. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I’m just being a bit critical about the details!

I experienced very good service at this restaurant. However, I noticed an older gentleman who had been waiting for at least 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged him. The waitstaff seemed more focused on chatting with each other and complaining about the kitchen staff rather than attending to the customers. There were several people waiting to be seated, and many others were left standing at their tables, waiting for their food to arrive. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, and the staff displayed a concerning lack of professionalism. I regret that I even bothered to place an order here.

The woman and the children really enjoyed breakfast here. I grew up with Bob Evans and was pleased to find one in this city; it was definitely worth the trip! The food is fantastic for the price! Eating here brought back memories of family breakfasts at Bob Evans during my childhood. The only thing missing was my parents and siblings. Their standards have always been top-notch, as far back as I can remember, since the early '80s.

Had a great breakfast here last week and I loved the ice cream absolutely! I highly recommend that. the rest of my meal tasted just as good as other bob evans to whom I was, most chains are equal, but will check them anyway. this restaurant is smaller than the other bob evan’s that I was, which really surprised me that it was small to be in a big city. our waitress was very nice and friendly and since we met with a family friend of us who went to this bob evans before he knew our waitress and we all talked to her. the restaurant was also very clean.

Slowest food service I've ever seen. Servers are Great. Just takes 30-45 minutes to get a Senior Turkey Dinner. Slowest cooks ever.
